Meet Nick :: Fall Intern

The Pinckney Palm team is excited to welcome Nick as our intern for the fall semester! Nick is a Clemson University student and will be working remotely with the Pinckney Palm team.

Below is a fun interview we recently did with Nick so you can learn a bit about him:

Welcome to the Pinckney Palm team! Give us a quick overview - hometown, college, family, hobbies, etc.

Hey, y’all! I’m from Greenville - yeah, THAT Greenville. I'm a senior Psychology major at Clemson University, GO TIGERS! I absolutely love to go to concerts, I’m always looking for that next great show to go to. I have an Akita Shepard mix named Bear that I rescued from the shelter a little over a year ago. I’ve also got two incredible sisters, one older and one younger than me. When I’m not buried in my work for school or my job, you can usually find me at the lake or in downtown Tigertown with my friends.

I love how on social media there is literally anything for anyone. An introvert can come out of their shell on Twitter, a photographer can show off their work on Instagram, and you can keep up with all your old friends and family on Facebook. There are just endless possibilities on social media and it’s always changing.

Favorite destination to live #LifeUnderThePalm?

A nice black sand beach in Hawaii.

What are you most excited about when it comes to interning with Pinckney Palm this summer?

I’m just so excited to learn something new and show off my skills. I’ve spent a lot of hours in the classroom and I’m excited to put those skills into use professionally.

What’s your thing? What do your friends know you for or know you love?

My friends know me to be the center of attention. I’m always trying to entertain my friends and make them laugh.

Welcome, Nick! We’re so excited to have you!
